How long will it be
before I receive my order? We average 10 to 14 working days.
It can vary because of location or if we consolidate weight for
customers.

How soon can I find
out when my orders will be delivered? Friday is the day that we start putting together the delivery
schedule for the following week.
The balance of shipments will be scheduled on Monday. Monday is the best day to find out if your order is scheduled
for that week.

If the customer
service line is busy, how can I trace a shipment?
You can request shipment information by using our
shipment
tracking page on our website or email
CS@HWTrucking.com
and we will reply as soon as possible.
If it is after our working hours, you will have an answer at
your location the next morning.

What do you need to
trace my order? We use the manufacturers acknowledgement number, customer order
number, or work order number.
5.
How can I get an
order flagged “RUSH”?
You can call or email with your trace information and we will tag your order.
6.
When can I get a copy
of the manifest showing what we will receive on our next delivery?
You can request a fax from the dispatcher when he calls to
schedule your delivery.
7.
How can I get a proof
of delivery? Just use our website
shipment
tracking page or send a fax and customer service will respond.
